Vegetarian Pizza For One Salt-Free

  1. line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil, heat oven 400F
  2. take 3 of the single serve muffine sized pizza crusts out and put on the prepared baking sheet
  3. empty salt free tomato sauce into bowl, add Italian seasoning mix into it and spread it onto the crusts with your tablespoon.
  4. add your toppings, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like or omit it.
  5. middle rack of the oven, then bake until cheese is melted, watch it carefully due to short baking time,
  6. Freeze the other two pizzas for another day else you consume them in one sitting. Make yourself a salad just in case you lean that way.
