Vegetarian Pizza For One Salt-Free
- 1/4 pizza crust single serve
- 2 tablespoons salt tomato sauce, free
- 1/4 teaspoon salt Mortons, free salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 1 ounce co-jack cheese or vegan co-jack but that is saltier so make it instead
- 1/8 teaspoon Parmesan dried cheese suite to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt Italian seasoning mix, free, cheap stuff for 99 cents
- 1 slice tomato very thin red
- line a baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil, heat oven 400F
- take 3 of the single serve muffine sized pizza crusts out and put on the prepared baking sheet
- empty salt free tomato sauce into bowl, add Italian seasoning mix into it and spread it onto the crusts with your tablespoon.
- add your toppings, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if you like or omit it.
- middle rack of the oven, then bake until cheese is melted, watch it carefully due to short baking time,
- Freeze the other two pizzas for another day else you consume them in one sitting. Make yourself a salad just in case you lean that way.
