Sweet And Sour Pork Chops

  1. Place pork chops into roaster.
  2. Cover with onion rings, carrot slices, pineapple, green pepper and garlic.
  3. Mix brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce; pour over pork chops.
  4. Cook at 350u0b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Remove pork chops, vegetables and pineapple from liquid.
  6. Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice into the pan.
  7. Cook until thick and pour over pork chops.
  8. Serve with rice.
