Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 roll sausage
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 jar Ragu sauce (traditional flavor)
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 lb. sliced Mozzarella
- 1 pkg. grated Mozzarella
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- Brown ground beef, sausage, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper and garlic powder.
- Drain and rinse with hot water.
- Simmer Ragu spaghetti sauce with meat mixture, mushrooms, salt, oregano, bay leaves, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook lasagna noodles; drain noodles.
- Layer dish with noodles, meat and Mozzarella cheese.
- Add grated Mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
