Stuffed Squash

  1. Halve
  2. each squash and hollow out the centers.
  3. Mix the removed
  4. squash
  5. portions
  6. with the hamburger, rice, tomatoes, onion,
  7. green
  8. pepper
  9. and
  10. parsley.
  11. Mix well, then stuff the squash with the mixture.
  12. Place 1 layer into a baking dish and pour
  13. a portion of the sour cream, which has been diluted with the milk, over the first layer.
  14. Make another layer of squash and pour
  15. remaining sour cream over it.
  16. Bake 2 hours at 300u0b0 and serve hot.
  17. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
