Ez'S Slow Cooker Hot Chili

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the onion, green bell pepper and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer these ingredients to a slow cooker.
  2. Then to the slow cooker, add the ground beef, tomato-vegetable juice, soup, chili, beans, cayenne pepper, chili powder, soy sauce and water.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook on low setting for 2 hours.
  4. Prep time: approx. 10 minutes.
