Spicy Pork Orange

  1. Marinate pork loin with the combination of light soy sauce,rice wine,pepper,sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Set aside in the fridge for about 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. In a sauce pan heat put 1 tbsp oil and butter,stir and let the butter melt.
  4. Add the garlic, orange peel and ginger. Stir until the aroma comes out. Set aside.
  5. Using the same sauce pan, add another tbsp of oil and add in the marinated pork.
  6. Saute the pork, cover and cook for 20 minutes in a medium fire. Stir from time to time.
  7. Then add carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Add in broccoli and red bell pepper strips and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. While cooking, combine the ff in a bowl : 3/4 cup of orange juice, 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp chili pepper flakes and 1 tsp corn starch. Stir until well combined.
  10. Next add the orange soy mixture to the pork loin mixture.
  11. Stir to combine all the ingredients and the sauce.
  12. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve while its hot.
