Smokehouse Bacon Chicken Carbonara
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion small, thinly sliced
- 1 package Knorr(R) Menu Flavors Pasta Sides Smokehouse Bacon flavor Parmesan
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat cook chicken, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Stir onion into same skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until onion is tender and golden, about 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare Knorr(R) Menu Flavors Pasta SidesTM - Smokehouse Bacon flavor Parmesan according to package directions, stirring in peas during the last 3 minutes of cook time. Stir in chicken and onion. Sprinkle with cheese.
