Cheesy Herb Bread
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Mix well.
- Set aside.
- Unroll crescent dough into 2 long rectangles.
- Press together perforation to seal.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over each rectangle.
- Starting at shortest side, roll up jelly roll style.
- Pinch edges to seal; place sections together on a cookie sheet creating one long roll.
- With a knife dipped in water, partially cut each roll into 6 slices within 1/8-inch of bottom (do not cut through).
- Fold down slices, alternately from left to right and overlapping slightly to form a loaf.
