Apple, Walnut & Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C. Line a bread pan with Baking Paper.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the apple cubes, Coconut sugar, flour, Almond Meal, baking soda, salt, syrup, nuts & cinnamon to the bowl, and mix well. Pour into bread pan, sprinkle with chosen toppings
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes
  5. Allow to cool for 15 minutes then transfer out of pan
  6. BON APPETITE
