Whitefish Fillets With Aromatic Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Place the the fish fillets in baking dish greased with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
  3. Mix the breadcrumbs with the finely chopped garlic, lemon zest, and herbs.
  4. Mix everything with butter using your fingers, for a crumb mixture.
  5. Cover the fish with the mixture, pressing well on the fish.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
  7. Serve with a green salad, to taste.
