Whitefish Fillets With Aromatic Crust
- 2 whitefish fillets large
- 15/16 cup bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 4 1/4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 teaspoon dill from "Espiga"
- 4 1/4 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 lemon juice
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
- Place the the fish fillets in baking dish greased with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, set aside.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with the finely chopped garlic, lemon zest, and herbs.
- Mix everything with butter using your fingers, for a crumb mixture.
- Cover the fish with the mixture, pressing well on the fish.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
- Serve with a green salad, to taste.
