Taco Pie (To Be Used As A Dip For Nachos)

  1. Brown and drain beef, add taco seasoning according to package directions.
  2. Place in bottom of shallow dish and (9 x 13-inch is fine).
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Layer sour cream over ground beef.
  5. Layer refried beans over sour cream.
  6. Melt Velveeta and add drained Ro-Tel to Velveeta cheese.
  7. Pour this over refried beans; top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake at 300u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Garnish with green onions and olives.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips or nachos. Delicious!
