Petits Gateaux Filled Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Melt chocolate in a bain marie your black or white. (See tip)
  3. Once the chocolate melts, remove from heat and add your cream. Stir to moisten. Your filling is ready.
  4. In a bowl, pour your flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
  5. Mix the ingredients, dig a well and add your eggs and milk.
  6. Bat all with a whisk to a smooth paste.
  7. Arrange in the bottom of your molds 2 tablespoons of batter then add your filling, cover with paste.
  8. Bake at 200 degrees for 18, 20 minutes.
  9. Turn out right out of the oven.
