Petits Gateaux Filled Muffins
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 30 cloves milk
- 1 dark chocolate O squares of, or white
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
- Melt chocolate in a bain marie your black or white. (See tip)
- Once the chocolate melts, remove from heat and add your cream. Stir to moisten. Your filling is ready.
- In a bowl, pour your flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and baking powder.
- Mix the ingredients, dig a well and add your eggs and milk.
- Bat all with a whisk to a smooth paste.
- Arrange in the bottom of your molds 2 tablespoons of batter then add your filling, cover with paste.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 18, 20 minutes.
- Turn out right out of the oven.
