Balsamic Roasted Broccoli & Red Bell Peppers With Cpk Crispy Thin Crust White Recipe Frozen Pizza
- 1 California Pizza Kitchen Crispy Thin Crust White Pizza
- 1 pound broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper large, seeds removed and sliced into 1/4" strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0 F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the broccoli florets and red bell pepper strips in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss with a rubber spatula until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Arrange the broccoli and red peppers onto the baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the middle rack of the oven.
