  1. Preheat the oven to 400u0b0 F.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the broccoli florets and red bell pepper strips in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss with a rubber spatula until the vegetables are evenly coated.
