Italian Frittata

  1. Heat up a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and cook bacon/prosciutto/potatoes. Cook until meat is crispy. Then add garlic. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Scramble eggs with the milk and the parmasean (save some for the topping).
  3. Pour in egg mixture into the skillet. Stir around so that everything is well-distributed.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and basil leaves. Place in oven until bubbly and firm.
