Italian Ham Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles; set aside.
  2. Cook spinach; set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  4. In a large pan, combine milk, cornstarch and onion. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in yogurt.
  8. Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce on bottom of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
  9. Stir ham and Italian seasoning into remaining sauce.
  10. Layer noodles, then sauce, then spinach.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  12. Repeat another layer of noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
  13. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
  14. Let stand 10 minutes; 270 calories, 9 g. fat and 50 mg. cholesterol.
