Protein And Peanut Butter Bars No Bake

  1. In a bowl, mix together the oats, the cinnamon, the vanilla powder, dry fruits and soya protein.
  2. Then pour the peanut butter and honey and start whisking the whole mix. I personally warmed up the peanut butter in the microwave for a little bit to make it a bit more liquid. You can add some hot water whilst you batter them all together, as it will help.
  3. Once it looks like a cookie dough, place it into a big or two regular trays, press the dough down so that you have covered the tray (or both trays) fully and then put it the freezer.
  4. Whilst the mix is in the freezer, take a coffee can put the chocolate and the soya milk in and then put the can into a bowl filled with water. Once the water starts to boil, it should start melting the chocolate. Make sure you stir it all the time until fully melted.
  5. Take the tray(s) out and on the top of them pour down the melted chocolate. Then put them in the fridge for 10 mins.
  6. Take them out and cut them in bars, they are ready! Store in the fridge.
