Thai Style Cutlets

  1. Mashed the boiled potato.
  2. Microwave the fish flesh until soft.
  3. In a bowl, mix in all the ingredients.
  4. Make into round patties and deep fry in semi hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Fry three patties at a time.
  6. Dish out in a kitchen paper towel to drain excess oil.
  7. Serve with chilli sauce,lime wedges and fresh coriander.
