Oats And Walnut Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Whisk the butters with an electric mixer until obtaining a creamy mixture.
  3. Add the sugar and eggs, and whisk a little more.
  4. In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, chopped nuts, and oats. Mix well with your fingertips.
  5. Gradually, add the cream mixture, and mix well to form a moldable pulp that is not too heavy. Too much flour will make the biscuits hard instead of light and crispy.
  6. With floured hands make balls, and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes.
