How To Make Chatpati Papdi Chaat
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1/2 cup semolina
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder
- 1 oil table spoon
- oil to fry papdi
- 2 finely chopped onion table spoons
- 2 capsicum table spoons finely chopped green
- 2 red capsicum table spoons finely chopped
- 2 capsicum table spoons finely chopped yellow
- 2 corn table spoon boiled
- 2 chopped tomatoes table spoon finely
- 100 grams paneer - cut very small
- 1 oil table spoon
- 2 coriander leaves table spoons finely chopped fresh
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tea spoon garlic - crushed
- 1/2 tea spoon ginger- crushed
- 2 tomato sauce table spoons
- 1 tea spoon red chilly powder
- 1/2 tea spoon chilly flacks
- 1/2 tea spoon oregano
- 1/2 tea spoon red chilly sauce
- Now add capsicum, corn and seasonings.
- Add paneer and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from flame and add cheese.
- Mix well.
- Cool at room temperature.
