Spaghetti With Pesto And Cherry Tomatoes
- 4 1/4 ounces spaghetti
- 1 bunch basil
- clove garlic
- 1 bunch pine nuts
- Parmesan cheese
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- oil
- 1/2 cream a package of
- I know that people like raw tomatoes but i don't so I cut them into slices and i fry them in some oil for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile prepare the pesto by blending in the food processor blender the basil washed leaves , with the pine nuts, garlic and some parmesan.
- Put the spaghetti in the salted boiling water.
- Add the cream to the pesto and mix until it's creamy..
- Pour the cream into the pan with the tomatoes and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, adding a little water .
- When spaghetti is ready throw them in pan with tomatoes and pesto stir well and serve.
