Wild Rice Pizza With Arugula And Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Use olive oil to grease an ovenproof skillet well, sides and bottom.
  3. Place the wild rice, water, egg white, garlic, flax seed, and dried tomatoes in the blender, and mix to a thick paste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and pour the mixture into the pan spreading it well.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, and using a spatula, turn the dough on the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.
  6. The pizza is ready when the dough starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, strips of red pepper, and arugula leaves.
  8. Cut and serve.
