Wild Rice Pizza With Arugula And Mozzarella Cheese
- olive oil
- 1 cup wild rice Oriente World, cooked
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 egg white
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 2 strips dried tomatoes in olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons mozzarella grated
- 1 red pepper cut in strips
- arugula
- Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Use olive oil to grease an ovenproof skillet well, sides and bottom.
- Place the wild rice, water, egg white, garlic, flax seed, and dried tomatoes in the blender, and mix to a thick paste.
- Season with salt and pepper, and pour the mixture into the pan spreading it well.
- Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven, and using a spatula, turn the dough on the other side and bake for another 15 minutes.
- The pizza is ready when the dough starts to separate from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, strips of red pepper, and arugula leaves.
- Cut and serve.
