Pull Apart Yeast Donut Bread
- 1 dry yeast satchel, 15 g
- 1/2 cup lukewarm water
- 80 grams coconut sugar divided
- 4 cups white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup rice milk room temperature

- Mix dry yeast with 1 teaspoon coconut sugar and dissolve in water. Leave to activate.
- In a big bowl combine flour with the rest of sugar and add salt. Make a hole in the centre. Pour in the yeast, oil and milk, and start stirring with a fork. When it starts to form a ball, transfer to a clean surface and knead with your hands for 5 minutes.
- Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 90 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 190u0b0C and line a round baking pan with baking paper. Divide the dough into 16 small balls and place them in the pan. Bake for 45 minutes and then leave to cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving with a selection of favourite jams, curds or chocolate.
