Chocolate Silk Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Place pie crust on a cookie sheet.
  3. In small bowl, beat together water and egg white.
  4. Brush on the pie crust and bake for about 5 minutes or until light golden.
  5. Cool thoroughly.
  6. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, place the pudding, nutmeg, cinnamon, milk and softened ice cream; mix for about 1 minute in an electric mixer until mixture is smooth.
  7. Pour mixture into cooled pie crust and freeze a few hours until firm.
  8. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with whipped topping and crushed chocolate.
  10. Store leftover pie in freezer.
