Broccoli Ham Roll-Ups

  1. Blanch broccoli in boiling, salted water; put in colander. Run cold water over broccoli for several minutes.
  2. Let drain.
  3. Put on paper towels and pat as dry as possible.
  4. Put 2 broccoli spears on each slice of ham, flower ends opposite.
  5. Roll up.
  6. Put in baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Melt oleo over medium heat in heavy saucepan.
  8. Add flour, salt and mustard.
  9. Stir until smooth.
  10. Add milk, stirring over constantly.
  11. Slowly add milk; stir until thickened.
  12. Remove from heat; add cheese.
  13. Mix well.
  14. Pour over rolls and bake at 350u0b0 about 30 minutes or until hot.
  15. Can be doubled or make as many as you like.
  16. Just use 2 broccoli spears for each slice of ham.
