Peanut Butter Cookies; Sugar And Gluten Free!

  1. Preheat your oven to 370 degrees (F) then beat the first six ingredients together until smooth and creamy in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the last remaining ingredients together until well blended then mix it into the wet ingredients just until blended.
  3. Form into 1 inch balls and flatten onto desired cookie shape (you need to form gluten free cookies into the shape you want them to be before baking)
  4. Bake in a 3:70 oven on a cookie sheet lined with foil until slightly brown and crispy on the edge's.
  5. Eat until you can eat no more! :D
