Sweetheart Fudge Pie

  1. Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating at medium speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  3. Add melted chocolate, coffee granules, and yum extract; mix well.
  4. Stir in flour and nuts.
  5. Pour mixture into pastry shell.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes; cool completely.
  7. Shill.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
