Apple Crumble With An Almond Twist

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a baking pan, pour lemon juice and plum juice.
  3. Peel and core the apples, cut into small cubes, and add to pan. Mix everything very well, using your hands to mix if necessary.
  4. In the food processor, chop the almonds slightly. Add flour, rolled oats, sugar, and finally cold margarine cut into small pieces. Mix to a granulated mixture, thicker than beach sand.
  5. Cover the apples with the mixture, and bake for 25 or 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve warm or cold, plain or with a scoop of ice-cream.
