Salad For A Day At The Beach
- 1 3/4 cups chickpeas cooked
- 6 crab sticks
- 3 palm hearts
- 7 ounces octopus cooked and chopped
- 3 1/2 ounces prawns cooked and peeled
- 2 carrots
- 4 green beans
- pickles some
- salt
- vinegar
- extra-virgin olive oil
- spanish paprika smoked
- Cut carrots and green beans into small cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and briefly saute vegetables until they are not raw but still crisp.
- Grind palm heart, pickles, and crab in a blender.
- Mix with chickpeas in a large bowl.
- Add carrots, green beans and prawns.
- Mix well.
- Season with salt and smoked Spanish paprika.
- Add vinegar and plenty of olive oil.
- Tip: For best results, prepare in advance so that all the flavors mix.
