Seared Scallops With Preserved Lemon Relish

  1. Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 425u0b0F.
  2. Combine all ingredients and set aside.
  3. Dry scallops completely with paper towels. Melt butter and combine it with olive oil. Pour onto Baking Stone and let heat for 2-3 minutes. Arrange scallops on Baking Stone and sear 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through. Do not move scallops until time to turn.
  4. Remove scallops from Baking Stone and serve immediately with Preserved Lemon Relish.
