Baked Brie In Pie Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay pie crust on baking sheet. Place Brie in center of pie crust. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
  4. Fold pie crust over Brie, pressing it firmly together in center so it holds. Brush outside of pie crust with a light layer of beaten egg.
  5. Bake Brie on middle rack until pie dough is deep golden brown, 25-35 minutes.
  6. Check to see that Brie is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
  7. Carefully transfer Brie to plate and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
