- 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 red onion small, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 red pepper sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 roasted red pepper minced
- 1/2 pound cooked chicken cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 12 large shrimp uncooked, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound andouille sausage or other spicy smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1 cup fresh spinach stems removed
- 16 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pound fettuccine cooked according to package direction. Drained.
