Milk Kefir Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add the eggs, flour, sugar, corn oil, vanilla, baking powder, and 300 milliliters of milk kefir to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Lightly oil and flour a bundt cake pan.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the cake pan.
  5. Add the cocoa powder and remaining milk kefir to the remaining batter and mix well. Pour the cocoa batter on top of the plain batter in the bundt cake pan.
  6. Use a knife and run it through the batters to incorporate them creating a spiral effect.
  7. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
  8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
