Milk Kefir Bundt Cake
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 9/16 cup corn oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 3/8 cups kefir
- 7 7/16 tablespoons cocoa powder
- powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add the eggs, flour, sugar, corn oil, vanilla, baking powder, and 300 milliliters of milk kefir to a bowl and mix well.
- Lightly oil and flour a bundt cake pan.
- Pour half of the batter into the cake pan.
- Add the cocoa powder and remaining milk kefir to the remaining batter and mix well. Pour the cocoa batter on top of the plain batter in the bundt cake pan.
- Use a knife and run it through the batters to incorporate them creating a spiral effect.
- Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
