Pumpkin Pie Squares

  1. Combine dry cake mix, melted butter and one egg.
  2. Beat until combined.
  3. Reserve 1 cup mixture.
  4. Spread remaining mix in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, pressing to form even crust. Filling:
  5. Beat 2 eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, brown sugar and spices.
  6. Pour over prepared crust.
  7. Combine reserved 1 cup mixture, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons butter and cinnamon. Dot evenly over pumpkin filling.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
  9. Cool in pan on wire rack; cut into squares and serve with whipped cream if desired.
