Lemon Cod In A Buttery Sauce With A Pinch Of Parsley

  1. Pre-heat oven:
  2. Gas Mark 7 for gas oven
  3. 200u0b0C for fan oven
  4. 200u0b0C for conventional oven
  5. Lay foil pouch flat on a baking tray so opening is facing you and insert fresh ingredients, placing the fish on top of the vegetables.
  6. Blend the seasoning mix with cream and water, mix until smooth and pour over ingredients in pouch. Fold over the open foil edge twice (approx 2cm) to close the pouch.
  7. Place tray in oven and cook for:
  8. 25-30 minutes in a gas oven (middle shelf)
  9. 25-30 minutes in a fan oven (middle shelf)
  10. 20-25 minutes in a conventional oven (2nd from top shelf)
  11. Ensure there is enough room for foil to expand. Carefully cut open the bag (attention: hot steam); check fish is fully cooked before serving.
  12. Serve with creamy mashed potato.
