Methi Malai Murgh Kebab

  1. Cut boneless chicken into pieces.
  2. Apply salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar to the chicken pieces and keep aside for an hour.
  3. In a bowl add mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, corn flour and egg yolk. Mix everything well.
  4. Now add green chilli paste, coriander leaves, kasoori methi and salt to the mixture.
  5. Add the marinated chicken to the above mixture.
  6. Marinate it overnight.
  7. Skewer the chicken pieces.
  8. Cook them in a charcoal oven or a griller on a moderate heat for 10 minutes
