Black Bean Wraps

  1. In a pan/pot pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and saute the onions and garlic for about 5 minutes.Add in the Pre-boiled black beans, vegetable stock,chilli, dhanan jeera and let this boil until your beans are soft and there is a thick sauce.
  2. Once that is ready, take your tortila and spread the sauce on it (you can dip the whole tortilla in the sauce).Place some spinach on it, and about 3 tablespoons of the black beans. Wrap this and place on baking dish.Pour cheese on top and bake at 325 Fahrenheit degrees for 10 minutes.
