Mac And Cheese – Italian Style
- 1 pound macaroni your favorite
- 1 handful fresh basil
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tomatoes vine ripe
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 8 ounces monterey jack - grated
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup croutons Italian style, - processed
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Prepare the macaroni as directed and set aside.
- Prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil or buttered.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the food processor and give a few good chops.
- Place in the baking dish and add the milk, Parmesan cheese and grated Monterey Jack cheese and stir. Add the macaroni and toss.
- Top with the croutons and place in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes.
