Shrimp With Smoked Salmon And Spicy Bread Sauce

  1. Steam the shrimp.
  2. Soak the bread slices in the water used to steam the shrimp.
  3. Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic cloves.
  4. Peel and chop the shrimp.
  5. Add the shrimp to onion and garlic, and saute slightly, then add the slightly drained bread and whisk until well shred. Season with salt and Italian seasoning.
  6. Add the salmon flakes.
  7. Cook lightly, and remove from heat.
  8. Add pennyroyal, stir well.
  9. Serve immediately.
