Healthy Gluten-Free Flourless Pancakes

  1. Peel a banana and put it in a bowl. Mash the banana with a fork until its small lumps are left.
  2. Put the oats in a food processor and pulse it a few times until the oats have become floury. Add it into the mashed banana in the bowl.
  3. Add an egg into the mixture along with the almond butter and honey. Mix it until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Brush the pan with olive oil and allow it to heat.
  5. Add small portions of the mixture on the pan. Make sure that the heat is a little less than medium.
  6. Wait for some time until the edges of the mixture turn a little white. Then flip it and wait for it to cook.
  7. Serve the pancakes on a plate. You can pour honey over it as a topping and garnish it with raisins, walnuts and strawberry.
