Spaghetti Pizza Bake
- 6 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1/4 c. margarine
- Parmesan cheese
- 3 to 4 oz. pkg. pepperoni
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Cook spaghetti to package directions.
- Drain; add margarine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Boil pepperoni for 5 minutes. Drain.
- Brown ground beef and onions.
- Drain and add spices and tomato sauce.
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Add mushrooms.
- In a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, layer in order:
- spaghetti, pepperoni, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese and meat mixture.
- Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
