Penne Arrabiata

  1. When these ingredients are not, but not smoking, add 1 can tomatoes, chopped.
  2. (I like Pomi tomatoes which comes in a box).
  3. Stir, cover and cook untilthe sauce i heated.
  4. Cook the Penne in salted boiling water.
  5. Cook until al dante.
  6. Drain and add to sauce.
  7. Mix throughly Just before serving, add some coarsely chopped fresh basil and a little more parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
