Matcha Waffles

  1. In a bowl stir together the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and Matcha).
  2. In an another bowl stir the wet ingredients (milk, butter and eggs).
  3. Make a well in center of the dry mix, and put in the wet mix slowly.
  4. Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour some batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker (use a regular or Belgian waffle baker). Close lid quickly; do not open until done. Bake according to manufacturers directions. When done, use a fork to lift waffle off grid. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve warm.
  6. Makes 10 waffles
