Scotch Meat Loaves(Cannonballs)

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, bread crumbs, celery, onion, salt, sage and garlic powder.
  2. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape half of each mixture around each peeled, hard-cooked egg. Arrange meat loaves in a baking dish.
  3. Combine chili sauce, parsley, water and oregano; pour over meat loaves.
  4. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  5. Spoon chili sauce mixture over loaves; top each with cheese.
  6. Return to oven and heat until cheese melts.
  7. Makes 2 servings.
