Mini Koftas With Mint Avocado Sauce In Prawns Crackers

  1. Arab koftas or burgers preparation: grate or chop the onion very finely. Add the meat, a splash of milk, some chopped mint leaves and a teaspoon of Ras el Hanout. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and form four small burgers.
  2. Mint avocado sauce preparation: mash the avocado with a fork along with the mint leaves, season with salt and a few drops of vinegar to taste. Set aside.
  3. Fry four prawn crackers in sunflower oil.
  4. When it is time to serve, grill the kofta. Place a spoonful of mint avocado sauce on each cracker and a kofta over it. Garnish with mint.
