Seafood In Creamy Garlic Sauce
- 3 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 bunch sliced green onions
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 lipton recipe secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops
- regular or converted rice hot cooked orzo
- Melt Spread in 12-inch skillet over medium heat and cook green onions and mushrooms, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until very tender. Add sherry and cook 1 minute. Add Lipton(R) Recipe Secrets(R) Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix blended with milk. Bring to the boiling point over high heat. Stir in shrimp and scallops. Reduce heat to medium and cook 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque. Serve over hot pasta.
