Savory Stuffed Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (approximately 350u0b0F).
  2. Place the flour in a large bowl.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
  4. Make a well in the middle of the flour and add oil, milk mixture and salt. Beat with an electric mixer with whisk attachment.
  5. Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Keep away from cold areas and drafts.
  7. Divide dough in half and roll out 2 pieces to fill.
  8. For the fillings, use any desired ingredients.
  9. Arrange ham, mushrooms and cheese over one piece of dough and arrange chicken, red peppers, mushrooms, and cheese over the other piece of dough.
  10. Roll up the dough.
  11. Place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  12. Brush with egg yolk and bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and let cool a little before serving.
