Mini Tiramisu
- 2 packages ladyfingers 3 oz. each, split, divided
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 packages Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese 8 oz. each, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups cool whip thawed
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons almond flavored liqueur optional
- Arrange 1 package of the ladyfingers on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Dissolve combined coffee granules and 1 Tbsp. sugar in boiling water. Brush 1/2 cup of the coffee mixture onto ladyfingers in dish.
- Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add 1/2 cup sugar and the almond liqueur and mix well. Stir in cool whipped topping.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers in dish; top with remaining ladyfingers. Brush with remaining coffee mixture; cover with remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa powder. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- When ready to serve, slice the Tiramisu Pie into individual squares or wedges, and serve with a cup of hot sizzling coffee!
