Monkfish Meatballs With Blue Cheese Sauce

  1. Dice together the monkfish, garlic, and onion.
  2. Place in a bowl and mix with the paprika, egg, parsley, and a handful of bread crumbs.
  3. Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  4. Pinch off sections and roll into meatballs.
  5. Coat the meatballs in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and fry in plenty of hot oil.
  6. Serve with blue cheese sauce on top.
