Monkfish Meatballs With Blue Cheese Sauce
- 2 monkfish you can substitute cod, sea bass, or halibut
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 egg
- fresh parsley diced
- bread crumbs
- all-purpose flour
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- cheese sauce blue
- Dice together the monkfish, garlic, and onion.
- Place in a bowl and mix with the paprika, egg, parsley, and a handful of bread crumbs.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Pinch off sections and roll into meatballs.
- Coat the meatballs in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and fry in plenty of hot oil.
- Serve with blue cheese sauce on top.
