Honey- Orange Glazed Chicken Lollipop

  1. Place oil in Pan over medium heat. Once hot add the onion and garlic and continue stirring in between.
  2. Dredge the chicken legs in cornstarch and add to the pan.
  3. Turn the chicken legs in between when sides show golden colour.
  4. Whisk together all glaze sauce ingredients. Once the onions are caramelised and chickens are tender and golden tinged then add the sauce.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered until sauce has thicken to a gravy and chicken is cooked through (about 7-8 minutes).

  7. Another way of making this is to Deep-Fry the chicken legs (you can use other boneless pieces of chicken) in oil until golden brown. In a skillet, combine honey, orange juice, and cornstarch,with other seasoning Coat with chicken and simmer until sauce is thickened.
