Marinated Turkey Breast With Lemon Caper Sauce

  1. Use food processor with steel knife.
  2. Place parsley in work bowl.
  3. With machine running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince.
  4. Add lemon juice, oil, rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Process 3 seconds to blend.
  5. Transfer to large plastic bag.
  6. Add turkey and seal airtight.
  7. Marinate 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
  8. Bring to room temperature before continuing.
